When will my order ship?

Each piece is handmade and will be shipped within 3 business days. If we are unable to ship your order within 3 business days, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date.

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipped within California are charged a sales tax of 8.375%. Orders outside of California are not subject to sales tax.

How do I see a larger image of the piece?

Click on image. Once new window opens, double click on piece and a square box with arrows will appear. Click on box and image will enlarge.

May I get a different length?

We are happy to alter the length. Please contact us with your measurements.

Is my credit card information secure?

We encrypt all credit card information sent via the Internet. It is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

What are the shipping rates?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates:

First-Class Mail (2 - 5 Days) - $3
Priority Mail (2 - 3 Days) - $6
